At Kelmorienne, every handbag order follows a defined journey from confirmation to doorstep delivery. Because our operations are limited exclusively to Hong Kong, our shipping process is structured around local order preparation, free delivery, and Cash on Delivery. This policy explains what happens after you place an order and what you should expect before receiving it.

1. Where We Deliver

Our delivery network is restricted to Hong Kong only.

• Orders must contain a valid Hong Kong delivery address.
• We do not accept orders for delivery outside Hong Kong.
• International shipping is not available.
• Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information.
• Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

3. The First Business Day: Preparing Your Handbag

The first business day is allocated to preparing the order rather than transportation. During this period, our team gets the handbag ready for dispatch.

Our preparation process includes:

• Conducting an internal inspection of the item.
• Confirming that the selected handbag corresponds with the order.
• Preparing the item for transportation.
• Placing the handbag in appropriate packaging.
• Completing the necessary steps before dispatch.

Once preparation is completed, the order moves into the delivery stage.

4. Understanding the 2–3 Business Day Timeline

Under ordinary operating conditions, an order generally reaches its Hong Kong delivery address within 2–3 business days.

The stated time frame is an estimate rather than an unconditional delivery commitment. Severe weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

5. Free Delivery Means No Shipping Charge

All accepted orders receive free delivery within Hong Kong. Customers do not need to reach a minimum order value to receive free shipping.

We do not add:

• Standard shipping charges.
• Cash on Delivery handling charges.
• Separate packaging charges.
• Restocking charges as part of shipping.
• International delivery charges, as overseas orders are not accepted.

6. Payment Happens at Your Doorstep

Kelmorienne operates using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. No advance payment is required through our website.

When the handbag reaches the delivery address:

• The complete order amount must be paid in cash.
• Payment should be made when the order is handed over.
• Customers should arrange to have the required cash available.
• No separate COD charge is added to the purchase amount.
• Other payment methods are not currently available for regular orders.

This arrangement allows the purchase and payment stages to remain straightforward, with payment taking place upon delivery.

7. Canceling Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation only while the order has not yet been dispatched.

To request an eligible cancellation, contact shop@kelmorienne.com promptly with the relevant order information.

Once dispatch has occurred, the order cannot be canceled. Returns after delivery are governed separately by our Return and Refund Policy and are subject to its eligibility requirements.

8. Review Product Information Before Ordering

We recommend reviewing the relevant product page before submitting an order. Where applicable, handbag measurements, dimensions, specifications, or size-related guidance are provided to help customers understand the item before purchase.

Customers should review:

9. After Your Handbag Arrives

Customers should examine their order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if the wrong handbag has been supplied, a return request may be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
